The Troopers Take Down
The streets are no place to fool around, especially in a place like Springfield, Massachusetts. Springfield was once ranked the #4 most dangerous cities in the US. The Massachusetts State Police that patrol there do so diligently, and now are all now carrying the Smith and Wesson M+P in 45 Caliber ACP. They left a 40 Caliber weapon for the M+P and perhaps this one night last year, it paid off with a Troopers take down.
According to news reports, a Trooper working the road around Springfield pulled over a car for various traffic violations. During the vehicle stop, the driver began to assault the Trooper who ended up placed in front of the suspect’s car. The suspect managed to get back into the car, put it in drive and drive towards the Trooper. The Trooper, left with no option and feeling his life in jeopardy, aimed his S+W M&P in 45 Caliber at the driver’s side of the window and fired. We call this the Trooper take down. Fortunately, the vehicle missed the Trooper and came to a stop. A later investigation revealed that the suspect was hit twice in the chest by the Troopers Smith and Wesson M+P and didn’t survive.
A search of the car, after the Troopers take down, revealed 2 illegal handguns under the driver’s seat, both with the serial numbers filed off. The suspect also had a long list of gang affiliations. It would seem from that incident that not only the Trooper but his Smith and Wesson M+P in 45 Caliber performed flawlessly and saved the Troopers life and took a very bad guy off the street.

Yea, bad guy 0 good guy 1, more of these scumbags need to be permanently taken off the streets, to many bad judges letting this trash off with light sentances to go out on the street and do their misdeeds.
