That means that this person puts it together from bottom to top. Then another person comes and inspects it. On top of the inspection of the final product, each piece of the puzzle is inspected separately. That would be like you putting together a 500 piece puzzle and inspecting the integrity of every puzzle piece before placing it where it goes. It is a big task, but the quality of the finished product speaks for the benefits of it. All quality control is overseen by not just anybody, but by a Master Armorer. Yes, that is correct, a Master Armorer.

Another feature of this quality assurance is the degree with which they test their barrels. Every single barrel they make is MP inspected. Not just one or two per batch, but every single one. Then they take it even further. Every single barrel they produce is radiograph inspected by an FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) Certified Laboratory; that mean’s the same quality that goes into inspecting airplane parts goes into inspecting these barrels. They x-ray every barrel. Not just a few per batch. This ensures that no bad barrels make it into the final products.

To ice the cake, once the product is put together, it goes through a rigorous 19-point quality control inspection. This inspection spans everything from a full BCG inspection to making sure the rifle looks good cosmetically. Remember, what good is an AR if it ain’t “purty.”

Yes… I guess I should expand on that. I’ve spoken on the quality and I’ve spoken on the LEOs who use them; now I’ll tell you about the price. A complete rifle can be bought for less than $1000: for example, the SIONICS Patrol Three-E.
